GS-8 Aluminum In-Line Nipple Wrench

Well, what can I say about this? It's a nipple wrench for an in-line rifle and it is made out of aluminum. It has a steel insert in one end to go on a musket nipple and the insert is held in place with a roll pin. The other end is knurled and has a hole for a 1/4" rod (not-included) to go for applying extra torque. I am not sure who made this.
