GS-15 Warren Safety Can Valve

One of my favorite powder handling products for bench shooting. This replaces the regular cap on your can of GOEX or other black powder. To load the firearm, place any 1/2" OD measure in the opening, invert the can and press the valve. A slight shaking motion will fill the measure with the required amount of powder. Works best with Fffg, works OK with Ffg, and hardly at all with Fg. The package came apart and was taped back together, however, the valve has never been used.
