02-476 O/T Fancy Large Powder Horn (NEW)

Like all our other O/T series powder horns, these come with a black walnut baseplug installed in a manner that guarantees an airtight seal and the horn is left in its natural shape. The stopper is a rosewood violin peg and the finial is also rosewood. The tip received a series of decorative flats which blend into three grooves filed into the horn. Lastly, there is a strap groove placed a short distance behind them. The horn is supplied with a 3/8 x 54" oil tanned leather carry strap. The large horn will be between 10 1/2 to 14" long as measured on the bottom curve.
